On Saturday 4th March 2017 the nine experimental films selected for the 2017 festival were shown at Saul Hay Gallery in Castlefield.

It was a pleasure  to meet filmmakers Sabrina Schmid and Helene Moltke-Leth who came down to talk to the visitors about their films and practice.

Entry was free and our exhibition, Northern Abstracts featuring 8 north west  based artists provided a stunning backdrop to the event
