Saul Hay Gallery proudly presents a retrospective of the multifaceted work of the Salford born artist, cartoonist. illustrator and satirist, Ray Lowry.

With his highly distinctive style and wit, Ray Lowry contributed to The Guardian, Private Eye, Punch, Tatler and NME, among many other publications. He is perhaps best known as the designer of The Clash's iconic 1979 LP, London's Calling.
The exhibition will include original ink drawn cartoons, sketches of The Clash from when Ray toured with them and original paintings of his native Salford.
