Terms and Conditions for Online Sales
PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER FROM SAUL HAY FINE ART LIMITED, AND RETAIN A COPY OF THEM AND YOUR ORDER FOR FUTURE REFERENCE. BY CONTINUING WITH A PURCHASE IT IS DEEMED THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
The terms of sale set out here apply to goods supplied by Saul Hay Fine Art Limited ordered from the Saul Hay Fine Art Limited website at www.saulhayfineart.co.uk or in the Saul Hay Gallery, Railway Cottage, 33a Collier St, Manchester M3 4LZ or from Saul Hay Fine Art Limited at any other venue.
By continuing with a purchase it is deemed that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.
You must be 16 years of age or older to order from the website and by accepting these terms and conditions you are confirming this.
Saul Hay Fine Art Limited reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice to you in relation to future sales.
These terms do not create any rights to any parties other than the purchaser.
Orders and Prices
Saul Hay Fine Art Limited use PayPal and Stripe as their online purchasing systems. Saul Hay Fine Art Limited is partnered with WorldPay and accepts most major credit and debit cards. Bank transfer and cash or cheques may also be accepted for payment.
Saul Hay Fine Art Limited accepts payment by any of the credit cards shown as acceptable on the website at time of purchase.
All prices are shown in UK pounds sterling and are subject delivery charges unless otherwise stated. These charges where applicable will be added on confirmation of your address and payment details and prior to the order being placed during the payment process.
All prices may be subject to change.
The description and price of goods will be as shown on the website or in the gallery or other venue at the time you place your order. Every effort will be made to ensure that prices shown are accurate at the time of purchase. If an error is discovered prior to despatch of your order, Saul Hay Fine Art Limited will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order.
When ordering online your order will be sent to Saul Hay Fine Art Limited through PayPal or Stripe by email. You will also receive an email receipt to confirm Saul Hay Fine Art Limited has received your order. Should you not receive an email please contact Saul Hay Fine Art Limited by email at email@example.com .
If you are shopping from outside the UK, please contact the gallery directly at firstname.lastname@example.org to place your order as terms and conditions, shipping prices and delivery times will differ to those stated on our website.
All goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods are out of stock, Saul Hay Fine Art Limited will inform you and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you for the unavailable goods.
Saul Hay Fine Art Limited is under no obligation to accept any order.
All delivery times quoted on the Saul Hay Fine Art Limited website are estimates based on availability, normal processing and delivery times. Saul Hay Fine Art Limited may deliver items from the same order separately but will charge for postage and packing as per the original order.
Goods ordered will be delivered to the address given when the order was placed, subject to receipt of an order confirmation email.
Saul Hay Fine Art Limited will endeavour to deliver purchased art within 14 days (UK mainland) of receipt of payment unless otherwise stated on the website, or advised by email from the gallery at the time of purchase.
If there is no one available at the delivery address to accept delivery of goods, you will be notified of an alternative delivery date or place to collect the goods (UK). Saul Hay Fine Art Limited cannot accept responsibility for large goods that are returned to the post office and remain uncollected.
A signature will be required on delivery for couriered and special delivery purchases. Receipt of a signature at the delivery address for any order will act as proof that the order has been delivered to you.
Once the art work is considered delivered or has been collected from the gallery, responsibility for the work, risk of damage or loss will pass to you and you shall be responsible for insuring the work.
If Saul Hay Fine Art Limited is unable to deliver your order within 30 days, the gallery will inform you as soon as possible and you will be entitled to cancel the order and obtain a full refund that will be paid to the credit or debit card with which you originally paid for your order.
Saul Hay Fine Art Limited is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any unavoidable delay in delivery of an order. Saul Hay Fine Art Limited is not liable for any damage which occurs to an order after a delivery has been made.
Ownership and Copyright
Copyright remains with the Artist(s). Images of sold paintings may still be used by Saul Hay Fine Art Limited and the Artist(s) for any future use including but not limited to advertising, books and other publications, social media and other web based use.
Saul Hay Fine Art Limited uses PayPal and Stripe for online payments. PayPal and Stripe allow us to safely process your credit card payments and complete the financial transactions as securely as possible. Saul Hay Fine Art Limited is not liable for any unauthorised access to information supplied by you.

If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order – whether you have changed your mind or we have made a mistake – then please contact us.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 working days of receiving your items. This includes any delivery charge but does not include the cost of returning the item unless the item is faulty.
How to cancel your order

How to return an item
Please contact us to let us know if you need to return an item. Please always quote your name, address and order number when returning items.
Please return items to us unused and in pristine condition so they can be re-sold.
If you need a refund, we will issue this using the same payment details that were used to purchase the items. We aim to process all returns within 1-2 weeks but the refund could take up to an additional 10 working days to show in your account so please bear with us.
Should you need to make a complaint please contact us by telephone, email or post and your complaint will be dealt with by one of the Directors
